DO YOU PROVIDE LEI GREETINGS?

Yes, we can add lei’s to your reservation for $10 each. Lei colors and styles do vary. Put how many lei’s you will need in the request section on the reservation form on our website and we can add that to your total when you arrive.

IS CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED?

We accept cash or credit card, and you pay at the time of service. We do not offer pre-payment options at this time.

ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE CAR SEATS?

Although not required in our commercial vehicles, we do offer car seats for all ages at no extra cost. You are also welcome to bring your own if desired. If you want car seats added to your reservation, put down how many and the age(s) of the child(ren) on your reservation form in the “requests” section.

IS THERE A BEST TIME TO BOOK?

Yes! About a week in advance is the perfect time to submit your request. If it is too far in advance, you may not hear back from us right away due to the closer timed reservations having priority. If it’s too last minute, we may already be too booked and not able to squeeze you in.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING RATES FROM AIRPORT TO WAIKIKI?

Here’s our flat rate pricing to/from airport to Waikiki during our regular driver operating hours:
Up to two people: $23 total (no additonal fees or charges for luggage). Each additonal person is $7/each. It’s that easy! Example: 3 people=$30, 4=$37, 5=$44, 6=$51 and so on. If you need pick up outside of our normal driver hours, please send a price/quote request through our website.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRIVATE (NON-SHARED) SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Yes!  You will have your own driver, if you book with us. We are the only shuttle service that is not shared. That means we pick you up and go directly to your destination without stopping at other hotels, locations, etc to drop off/pick up others.
